Born: November 6, 1945, Omaha, NE

Died: January 5, 2016, Omaha, NE

Preceded in Death by: parents, Joseph and Deloris (Lamberson) Exley and brother, Edwin K. Exley.

Ronald Richard Exley was born on November 6, 1945, in Omaha to Joseph and Deloris (Lamberson) Exley. He attended high school in Fort Calhoun. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1963-1966 stationed on the U.S.S. Bennington as a mechanic. On May 15, 1967, he married Barbara J. Stark. Ronald is survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Stark) Exley of Fort Calhoun, NE; daughters Mary Wolfe of Kennard, NE and Tammie Langdon of Scottsdale, AZ; sons Ronald R. (Patricia) Exley Jr. of Omaha, NE and Donald (Dawn) Exley of Carter Lake, IA; sister, Janice (Patrick) Workman of Fort Calhoun, NE; 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016 also at Funeral Home.

Interment: Fort Calhoun Cemetery
