Mrs. Tillie Chamberlain was born August 7th, 1862, at Walkshaw, Wisconsin. She died March 7th, 1923. She came to Herman at the age of five years and lived three miles north of town until three years ago when she moved two miles northwest of Tekamah. She leaves to mourn her death four sons, Charles, of Herman, Neb., Clarence of Tekamah, George Tekamah and Leo, of Tekamah. A daughter, Ruth, also of Tekamah. A sister, Mrs. Louisa Lewis, of Marshall, Minnesota, two brothers, Matt Franke of Tekamah and Mr. Will Franke, of Herman. Mrs. Chamberlain has been an invalid for twelve years.
