Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 1985, for Hilma C. Christoffersen, 92, who passed away at Blair Hospital on May 13th. The Reverends Kurt Sortland and Moreland Adell will officiate at the funeral which will be held at First Lutheran Church. Music will be proved by Clare Cowing and Genelle Clements. Casket bearers will be Larry Dennis, Walter Dixon, Robert Gatzemeyer, Dan Kuhl, Carl Marhenke and Harry Navrude. Interment will be made at Blair Cemetery.

Hilma Christina Christoffersen was born on January 28, 1893 at Omaha, Nebraska to Peter and Christine Gregerson Follen. She attended Wranch and Pleasant View Schools. On March 10, 1915 she was united in marriage to Chris Christoffersen at Blair, Nebraska. They moved to Blair in 1950 after having farmed in the Craig, Kennard and Herman areas. Hilma is survived by one son, Vernon Christoffersen of Blair; one daughter, Mrs. Marion (Gladys) Loftis of Tekamah; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Roy Follen of Blair.

Preceding her in death were her husband, her parents, two sisters and five brothers.
