Services will be held Thursday, December 8, 1977, at 2:00 p.m. for Edna Jahnel, age 66, who died at Memorial Community Hospital, Blair, Tuesday, December 6, 1977. Pastor Wayne Josephson will officiate at the service which will be held at Kennard Lutheran Church. Interment will be in the Kennard Cemetery.

Edna Jahnel was born in Washington County August 21, 1909. She resided at Good Shepherd Home at the time of her death.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Merritt (Norma Sue) Klotz, Kennard; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Siercks, Fremont, and Mrs. Lorena Klinger, Anaheim, California, and three brothers, H. B. Plugge, Kennard; Albert Plugge, Arlington, and Walter Plugge, Blair, also survive her. Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for the services.
