SERVICES FOR GRACE HANCOCK TO BE THURSDAY
Funeral services for Grace E. Hancock, 91, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at the Herman Methodist Church. Rev. Larry Orvis will officiate. Organist will be Grace Husk. Burial will follow at the Herman Cemetery.
Grace E. Hancock was born on June 7, 1893, at Herman, Nebraska, to James and Emma Lowe. Grace attended school in Herman, Nebraska and on February 26, 1913 was united in marriage to William Miller. William died on December 30, 1932. On January 13, 1945, Grace was married to Robert Hancock who preceded her in death on December 27, 1976. She resided most recently at the Good Shepherd Home.
Survivors include son Glenn Miller of Macedonia, Iowa, daughter Mrs. Virgil (Adalaine) Clements of Pasco, Washington, six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, sisters Dorothy Cranor of Blair, Ruth Conety of Herman, Arwilda Uehling of Uehling, and brother Paul Lowe of Hutchinson, Minnesota.
Grace is preceded in death by her two brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers are Russell Uehling, Stephen Uehling, Virgil Clements, Rodney Miller, Brian Conety and Wilbur Conety.
