Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, at 2 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home for Alfred C. Christensen who died February 21, 1981, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair at the age of 84.

Rev. Kurt Cortland will conduct the services. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Alfred C. Christensen was born in Herman on October 19, 1896, to Jens and Serena Hansen Christensen. He was a farmer and a life-long resident of the Spiker and Herman area.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Hans C. (Margaret) Larsen, Blair; and one brother, Hans Christensen of Tekamah. Two nephews and one niece also survive him.

Clare Cowing is providing the music for the service.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Brandt, Joe Cameron, Stanley Hovendick, Harland Petersen, Robert Rasmussen, Jr., and LeRoy Spiker.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
