Dean L. Corbin, 64

Services for Dean L. Corbin, 64 of rural Craig who died of cancer February 1, 1990 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were Saturday, February 3 at New Life Assembly of God Church in Lyons. Rev. Rod Smith officiated. Burial was in the Craig Cemetery.

Dean L. Corbin was born December 16, 1925 in Craig. He attended Craig rural schools and graduated from Craig High School. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa with a degree in aeronautical engineering.

He was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church in Lyons.

He married Doris Sundell July 1, 1972. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Philip of Des Moines, Iowa and Daniel of Cedar Falls, Iowa; a daughter, Lydia Buckner of Lincoln; two stepsons, Kent Clausen and Art Clausen, both of Fort Calhoun; a step-daughter, Cynthia Romine of Manila, Philippines; a sister, Frances Greenwood of Omaha; and ten grandchildren.

Whitted Funeral Home in Oakland was in charge of arrangements for service.
