Ronald Dean Larsen, age 72 of Blair, passed Tuesday, February 16th, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair with burial to follow at the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday with a Vigil at 7:00 PM at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home.

Ronald Dean Larsen was born April 21st 1946 in Omaha, NE to Donald and Marjorie Larsen. He attended Holy Name School. He entered the U.S. Army and guarded the Berlin Wall in Germany. He was employed by DX in Omaha and then became an over the road truck driver traveling coast to coast.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Carolyn; six children: Deb Hope, Kim Rounds (Denny Webb), Mike and Amanda Davis, Linda, Lisa and Kevin Rasmussen, Chad and Amy Larsen; 11 grandchildren: Shawn and Erica Hughes, Carrie Pounds and Aaron Lyons, Micheal and Shannon Davis, Taylen, Brayden, Trouse and Chloe Davis, Jordan and Robert Bouvia, Auggie Rasmussen, Ben and Sam Larsen; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters: Eileen and Larry Thimm, Darlene Perroto, Mary and Steve Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved granddaughter Jessica Rasmussen, son-in-law Don Hope and brother-in-law Frank Perroto
