Kendall James Svendgard, age 59, of Covington, Kentucky died February 12, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Nebraska.

Kendall James Svendgard was born on March 23, 1956 in Aurora, Colorado, the son of Richard L. and Marilyn F. (Spanton) Svendgard. He served in the United States Navy and worked as a Boilerman. Kendall loved to fish and hunt when he was younger with his grandfather.

He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Svendgard of Blair; sons Daniel, Jason, Corey, and Stephen; daughter Stephanie; sister Kathleen Knauff of California; and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Richard L. Svendgard.
