HENRY, RAMON "DUTCH," May 25, 1926-May 9, 2010

Formally of Peru, NE, Vermillion, SD and Bull Head City, AZ. Dutch was currently residing in Assisted Living in Gretna, NE. Survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Gloria Gustason Henry, Blair; daughters and son-in-law, Danna and Tom Mosser, Elkhorn, Lanna Henry Machmuller, Kearney; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his son, Jeffrey Lynn Henry; sisters, Ruth and Fern; brother, Jack.

Dutch was a proud, long-time "River Rat". He was an inductee of the River Rat Hall of Fame. He spent his entire life working on his beloved Missouri River. He was a pile driver engineer, trapper, commercial fisherman and hunting guide. He owned Henry's Fish Market and the Peru Hunt Club. Later he owned and operated Big River Construction Company. The family wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to Odyssey Hospice for their wonderful care for Dad.

MEMORIAL SERVICES will be held at 11 am Wednesday at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 153 S. McKenna Ave, Gretna. A luncheon will follow the internment at Peru Cemetery at a later date. The family suggests memorials to Bergan Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 181, Gayville, SD 57031 and the (NRA) National Rifle Association.
