| Graveside services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 18 at the Arlington Cemetery in Arlington for Paul J. Hammang, 81 of Brownsville, Texas who died August 14, 1992 at his son’s home in Thornton, Colorado where he had been residing for the past month. Rev. Lee Milligan of Arlington Community Church is officiating.
Masonic graveside services will be conducted by the members of the Hiram Lodge No. Hiram Lodge No. 52, A. F. & A.M. of Arlington.
Paul J. Hammang was born November 21, 1910 at Arlington. He lived in the Arlington area, graduating from Arlington High School in 1929.
While living in Arlington, he worked at Marshall Nursery. He moved to Omaha and worked for Gate City Steel. The last several years he had lived in Brownsville, Texas.
He was a member of the Hiram Masonic Lodge No. 52, A.F & A.M. of Arlington.
He married Evolyn J Satterfield January 1, 1938. She preceded him in death February 2, 1991.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Cora Brown Hammang.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Linda Hammang of Thornton; two grandchildren and a cousin, Warren Hammang of Fremont.
Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington is in charge of arrangement.
