Services Held For Millard Coulter Monday

Funeral services were Monday, May 11, at Campbell Funeral Home for Millard William Coulter, 78, who died May 8, 1981, at Longview Nursing Home in Missouri Valley.

Rev. Owen Wilmot conducted the services. Burial was in Kennard Cemetery.

Millard William Coulter was born June 6, 1902 in Blair to William and Eva Mae Hitchcock Coulter. He was a farmer and never married.

He is survived by two brothers, Lloyd Coulter, Blair, and Earl Coulter, Omaha; and three sisters, Irene Andersen, Blair; Anna Grover, Milwaukee, Oregon; and Blanche Hall, Omaha. Three nieces, Mrs. John Pleskac, Missouri Valley, Sharlene Coulter, Missouri Valley, and Mrs. Art Sharmain, Blair; one nephew, Gary Hall; one great niece, April Stevens, Missouri Valley; and four grand-nephews, Joshua Pleskac, Kevin Hall, Charlie Hall and John Hall, all of Missouri Valley, also survive him.

Pallbearers for the services were Glenn Thompson, J. A. Porter, Kenneth Vallier, John Purcell, Early Thompson and Don McCurley.

Clare Cowing was organist. Lola Thompson was vocalist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
