SERVICES FOR ANDREW C. HANSEN ARE AUGUST 10th

Mr. Andrew C. Hansen Sr., died at Good Shepherd Home August 8th where he had resided for the past 4 ½ years.

Mr. Hansen was born July 22, 1881 at Falster, Denmark. He grew up on a farm at Genoa, Nebraska. After he married Agnetha Stork at Morehead, Ia. they lived on a farm near Fremont.

Fifty-two years ago they moved Blair. For many years he operated the Depot Store and was employed at Sass Brothers, the P. Z. Store and for 20 years was a salesman for the Haller Company. He retired in 1950.

Mr. and Mrs. Hansen were the parents of six children. They observed their 57th wedding anniversary before Mrs. Hansen passed away on May 21, 1965.

He is survived by his six children: Lavonne and Niles M. Hansen of Blair; twins, Ray L. Hansen of of Pensacola, Florida and Mrs. Lee Rose (Fay) of Omaha; Mrs. Lorraine Pearson of El Paso, Texas and Andrew C. Hansen, Jr., of Coleridge, Nebraska. Also, 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday (today) at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. George Palleson officiating.
