Mrs. Simonsen Died At Hospital Saturday, Nov. 6th

Anna Marie Simonsen, wife of Morris Simonsen of Blair, died at Memorial Community Hospital Saturday, November 6th. She was 84 years old.

She was born at Oakland, Nebraska May 10, 1887 and came to Blair many years ago.

She is survived by her husband, Morris Simonsen, who is a retired carpenter. The couple had lived at 1446 Washington Street.

She is also survived by four sons, Leslie M. Nelson and Charles D. Nelson and Chester A. Nelson, all of California and Richard M. Simonsen, of Lincoln, Nebraska. A sister, Mrs. Lillie R. Skeels, resides at Grinnell, Iowa. There are five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Campbell Mortuary. The Rev. Charles Gates of United Methodist Church conducted the services and burial was made in the Blair cemetery.

Pallbearers were Elmer Groene, Al Backstrom, Hans Boe, William Murphy, Gus Nelson and R.D. Zimmerman, Jr.
