MRS. RICHTER DIES, AGE 84

LONGTIME HERMAN-BLAIR WOMAN DIES; HOSPITALIZED FIVE YEARS

Hospitalized at Blair Hospital four years and eight months, Mrs. Elizabeth Richter, 84, died Friday. She was the widow of Christ Richter, whose death occurred Apr. 11, 1927.

Mrs. Richter, as Elizabeth Reeh, daughter of Johim and Dorothea Reeh, was born in Germany Sept. 26, 1868, and came to America as a girl with her parents. Since then she had lived continuously in the Herman and Blair vicinities.

Surviving her are a son, Henry Richter of Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, Mrs. Dora McDonald of Blair; two brothers, August and William Reeh, both of Blair; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Rites were held Sunday at the Bendorf Funeral Home in Blair. Officiating was the Rev. R.E. Ditlevson of First Baptist Church, and interment followed in Blair Cemetery.
