GENEVA LUCILLE LEPTIEN, 84

Services for Geneva Lucille Leptien, 84 of Blair who died September 23, 1991 in Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were held Wednesday, September 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Daniel Ritter officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Geneva Lucille Leptien was born February 16, 1907 at Beaver, Wyoming to James P. and Nona Hart Stricklett. She was baptized at the Methodist church in Kennard and confirmed on September 17, 1961 at Trinity Lutheran Church where she was a member until her death.

She married William R. Leptien in Blair January 18, 1929. They were owners and managers of the Leptien Nursing Home in Blair.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1974; four sisters and one brother.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Dean Lallman of Arlington; three grandchildren and their spouses, Curtis and Rebecca Lallman of Omaha; Lisa and Scott Swansoin of Fremont; and Wayne and Angela Lallman of Omaha; and four great-grandchildren, Grace Lallman, Andrea Swanson, Brandon Swanson and Logan Swanson.

Pallbearers were Steve Hall, Carl Mackie, Mike Mackie, Louis Nielsen, Tom Tucker and Sheldon Warrick.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
