MRS. FRED C. M. HANSEN DIED SUN.
Mrs. Fred C. M. Hansen, a Blair resident for many years, died Sunday at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. She was 78 years old. She had lived at 297 North 23rd street.
Carrie Egidia Hansen was born at Schuyler, Nebraska October 12, 1888. She was married to Fred C. M. Hansen, who preceded her in death, and became the mother of a son and three daughters, all of who survive. The son is Elmer Hansen, of Santa Monica. The daughters are Mrs. Anker Jensen (Vita) of Castro Valley, California; Mrs. Earl Bengtson (Deloris) of Chicago and Mrs. Lee Daggett (Rhoda) of Blair.
A brother, H. P. M. Hansen, lives at Blair and a sister, Mrs. Axel Hansen (Bertha) resides at Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Aaron, Edward, James and Martin Hansen, all of the Blair area, are half-brothers and Mrs. Chris S. Hansen and Mrs. Arnold Hansen of Ruskin, Nebraska are half sisters.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the First Lutheran Church, with the Rev. George Pallesen conducting the service. Burial under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary, was made in the Blair Cemetery.
