MRS. CARL R. HANSEN BURIED IN KENNARD

Mrs. Carl R. Hansen (Dorthea) of Litchfield, Minnesota died February 16th at the age of 78 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Hansen lived near Blair until they moved to Tekamah about 35 years ago. They have lived in Litchfield for the past 30 years.

She is survived by her husband and three sons; Roger of Tekamah, Clyde of Willmar, Minnesota and Eugene of Litchfield, Minnesota. Also 8 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, one brother, Otto Jespersen of Ft. Meade, S. Dak., and a sister, Mrs. Lena Jensen of Quimby, Iowa.

Funeral services were in Litchfield at 11 a.m. on Friday. Also at the Campbell Mortuary on February 19th at 1 o’clock. The Rev. Charles Gates officiated. Burial was in the Kennard Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Avery Jespersen, and Lyle Jespersen of Oakland, Ralph Clausen of Arlington, Clarence Sorensen, Carl Hansen and George Carter.
