Einar Hansen, 90, of Blair, died Wednesday, April 19, 2000, at Crowell Home in Blair.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, April 21. His life will be honored with a private gathering as per his wishes.
Einar Hansen was born July 18, 1909 to Thorvald and Annette (Kruse) Hansen, in Herman.
He graduated from Herman High School in 1926. In 1939, he married Esther Kubie.
He was a foreman at American Road Equipment Company for many years until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Esther; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Debby Hansen of Blair.
Also, he is survived by a grandson and wife, Scott and Jamie of Lincoln; granddaughter, Kellie of Blair; great-grandchildren, Jake Riley and Hanna Nichole of Lincoln and Jennifer Vivian of Blair; a sister Frances Knudsen of Carlsbad, Calif.
Other survivors include many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Memorials are suggested to the Blair Fire and Rescue and Crowell Home.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
