ELTHEA L. HANSEN DIED AT BLAIR SATURDAY, JULY 5

Elthea L. Hansen, wife of Edward Hansen of Blair, died Saturday July 5, at the Blair Community Memorial Hospital. She was 66 years of age, a native of Gosper County, Nebraska, where she was born November 10, 1908. Mrs. Hansen was a registered nurse and was employed at the Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

Funeral services were held at the First Lutheran Church Tuesday afternoon, July 8, with the Rev. Robert Albers conducting the service. Music was provided by Paul Neve and Mrs. Clare Cowing. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery.

She is survived by her mother Emma Peterson of Bertrand, Nebraska and by two children. They are Mrs. Danny (Clarice) McIntosh of Blair, and Kenneth Hansen, also of Blair.

Mrs. Kenneth Long of Bertrand is a surviving sister, and Alvin Pedersen is a surviving brother. There is one grandchild.

Pallbearers at the services were Stanley Vaughn, Richard Hansen, Rodney Hansen, Larry Hansen, Paul Swartz, and Gary Lipcur.

The honorary pallbearers were Lee Daggett, Clifford Hansen, Clark Lippincott, Don Lippincott, Viggo Berthelsen, Lloyd Hedelund, John McIntosh and David Hansen.
