MRS. ROY S. HANSEN DIED AT HOSPITAL OCT. 14

Esther Gail Hansen, wife of Roy S. Hansen of 405 North 13th Street, died at the Blair Hospital on Tuesday evening, October 14. She was 79 years of age, having been born at Coulter, Iowa, on July 19, 1896.

Mrs. Hansen is the mother of Lloyd Hansen, of Blair, who is the couple’s only child.

She is survived by her husband and son and by three sisters: Mrs. Anne Hoffman of Kansas; Mrs. Gladys Wilfred and Mrs. Grace Goldberg, both of California.

Funeral services were held at Campbell Mortuary Saturday morning, the Rev. Gordon Patterson of the First United Methodist Church conducting the service. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jack Chapman, Lou Ward, Gerald Lemon, Carl Watts, Bernard Thompson and Gordon Mallory.
