MRS. WILL LINDEN, 74, DIED WEDNESD’Y

Mrs. Will Linden, a longtime Blair resident, died at Memorial Community Hospital Wednesday, April 5th. She had been in failing health for several years.

Mrs. Linden was born May 22, 1886 at Arlington, and was therefore, 74 years of age at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Rathmann, early-day residents of the county.

She had lived with her husband, the late Frank Linden CORRECTED TO: (William Carl Linden), who died three years ago, on a farm near Blair. Later they moved to a smaller place adjoining Blair on the north and this continued to be their home until two years ago when Mrs. Linden moved to Blair.

Mrs. Linden is survived by two daughters and a son. The daughters are Mrs. Paul Jefferson of Omaha and Mrs. Kenneth Radler of Blair. The son is Ray Linden of Tekamah.

Three sisters also survive. They are Mrs. A. C. Fratt of Los Angeles; Mrs. Holda Cook of Sioux City; and Mrs. Helen Richardson of Los Angeles.

Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Bendorf Funeral Home. The Rev. Clare Olney of the Congregational Church will conduct the services. Burial will be made in the Blair Cemetery.
