Ralph E. LIeser, 71 of Blair, died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Visitation will be held Wednesday, prior to the service.

Ralph E. “Ed” Lieser was born Nov. 4, 1936 in Omaha to Ralph and Ethel Lieser.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Mr. Lieser, who formerly lived in Fremont and Arlington, was in the heating and air conditioning business.

He is survived by his daughters, Linelle Koehler of Elkhorn; Terrie Fitzler of Omaha; Lori Koetjeof Millard; son, Scott of Millard; sisters, Wilma Lehn of Omaha; Barb Lundy of Grand island; Joyce Miller of Winter Haven, Fla.; Cheryl Hill of Omaha; a brother, Gene of Seward; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sally Brightweiser of Kennard; brother-in-law and spouse, David and Polly Petersen of Bellevue; numerous nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean; and a daughter, Deb.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
