SERVICES FOR LEON M. HANSEN WERE SATURDAY

Funeral services were held Saturday for Leon M. Hansen of 1754 South Street who died at Memorial Community Hospital Wednesday, February 10th.

The deceased was born at Cairo, Nebraska September 24, 1916 and was 54 years of age at the time of his death. He was an employee of the Blair Manufacturing Company where he was welder.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, by two daughters and by his mother, Mrs. Mary Hansen, of Grand Island, Nebraska. The daughters are Mrs. Lowell (Mary) Madsen, of Mercedes, California and Mrs. Richard (Jane) Carlson, of Rancho Cordova, California.

Two sisters live at Grand Island. They are Mrs. Iola Grimminger and Mrs. Ed. Havranek. A brother, Merle J. Hansen lives at Memphis, Tennessee. There are four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the First Lutheran Church afternoon with the Rev. Robert Albers in charge. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.

Pallbearers were George Olsen, John Anderson, Clair Kneifl, Warren Kempcke, James Leehy and Roscoe Anderson.
