Services for Claus Wrigg, 81, of Kennard, who died August 29, 1985, in the Blair Community Memorial Hospital, were Saturday, August 31, in the Campbell Funeral Home. The Rev. Russell Saltzman officiated and burial was in the Kennard Cemetery.

Wrigg was born November 3, 1903, in Bennington, the son of Claus and Maggie Wrigg.

He married Sophie Schumacher in Omaha in 1930 and was a life-long farmer.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Vivian Moore of Omaha, Betty Reeh of Blair, and Mrs. Charles (Sharon) Rayburn of Stapleton; three sisters, Elsie Lewis, Laura Reed and Emelie Johnsen, all of Omaha; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Terry Reeh, Shane Reeh, Brett Moore, Bradley Reeh, Shawn Reeh and Bart Moore.

Organist was Clare Cowing.

Note: Claus is buried in Blk 7 Lot 44 Sp 6 in the Kennard Cemetery.
