SERVICES HELD FOR HARRY HANSEN WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were Wednesday, January 12, at Campbell Funeral Home for Harry George Hansen, 75, who died January 9, 1983, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

The Rev. Harold Dodson conducted the services. Burial was in Springwell Danish Cemetery in Omaha.

Harry George Hansen was born June 25, 1907 in Bennington to Peter and Mathilda Knaus Hansen, Sr. He went to school at Bennington and then at Elk City, Nebraska.

A veteran of World War II, he farmed at La Platte, Nebraska, with his brother, Frank, for several years. He then worked at Union Packing House for about ten years, retiring and moving to Herman ten years ago.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by one brother, Frank Hansen, Valley, Nebraska; and two sisters, Isabelle Cornelison, Wahoo, and Mrs. Ed. Fallon, Elkhorn, Nebraska.

Pallbearers wee Eddie Fallon, Gary Fallon, Jim Hansen, Ron Hansen, Jerry Johnson and Les Johnson.

Clare Cowing provided the vocal music and was the organist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
