SERVICES FOR JOHN C. HANSEN WERE HELD ON SUNDAY

Services for John C. Hansen, 89, were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Congregational Church with Rev. Leo Zillig officiating. He passed away Thursday morning at his home in Arlington.

Mr. Hansen was born in Melenhaben, Denmark on June 23, 1876, and has lived in Arlington the past 33 years.

He was married to Alma J. Olson on March 12, 1902. She preceded him in death. Also one daughter, Nina Mae, and three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include four sons, Chester and John E. of Arlington; Harold of Fremont and Milford of Columbus. Also five daughters, Mrs. Arthur Johnson of Oakland, Mrs. Ted Slatt of Fremont, Mrs. Leonard Christensen of Bennington, Mrs. Clifford Johnson of West Point and Mrs. Henry Frye, Arlington. Twelve grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren also survive,

Burial was in Arlington Cemetery with the Reckmeyer Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Leonard Wulf, Richard Melvard, Art Lallman, Virgil Frye, Keith Meier and Leslie French.
