Katherine C. Hansen, 85, of Blair died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, in Osage Beach, Mo., following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 3 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Interment will be at the Blair Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Katherine C. Hansen was born Aug. 21, 1915 in Bartlesville, Okla., to Edward and Lula (Christian) Swager.

On June 6, 1932, she married Leycester (Lake) Hansen.

Mrs. Hansen resided in Tekamah prior to settling in Blair. She worked as a telephone operator fro Hunt Telephone properties and as a receptionist for Washington County Mutual Insurance for many years.

Mr. and Mrs. Hansen owned and operated Hansen Tree Farm in Blair.

Mrs. Hansen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard G. Hansen of Fulton, Mo., and Ronald D. and Erma Hansen of Blair, a daughter and son-in-law, Guin J. and Larry Doeden of Sunrise Beach Mo., 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
