BURIAL RITES FOR SENA HANSEN, 88, FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon for Sena Hansen, 88-year-old Blair woman who died Tuesday in Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs.

Mrs. Hansen was a native of the Village of Washington, having been born there May 17th, 1888. She became the wife of Christian B. Hansen now deceased.

For a number of years Mrs. Hansen and her daughter Miss Irene Hansen have lived on a rural acreage near Blair.

Survivors in addition to the daughter Irene are Mrs. William Powers (Laura) of Omaha and a son, Leslie, of Nevada City, California. There are six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A daughter-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Hansen, lives in Blair.

A brother, Peter A. Rasmussen, lives at Oklahoma City, Okla. There are two sisters surviving, they are Mrs. Petra Benson of Loveland, Colorado and Mrs. Erwin Walgreen of Spokane, Washington.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Orum Lutheran Church. The Rev. Wayne Josephson will conduct the service and burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home, will be made in Blair Cemetery.
