James York, 59

James "Jimmy" W. York, 59, died April 24, 2016. He was born Sept. 8, 1956.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willard York, and stepfather, Vince Miller.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Miller of Fort Calhoun, and half-brothers, Ernest Stark of Fort Calhoun and Mike Stark of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada.

Special thanks to all the staff at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair. Jimmy enjoyed wearing his cowboy hats.

A private family service was held.
