Vasicek, Scott O. Oct 11, 1961 - Apr 22, 2016 Bellevue, NE. Preceded by parents, Leo F. and Alvira "Beth" (Edwards) Vasicek; sister, Carol in 2001 and his niece, Haley Evans in 1985. Scott worked at First National Bank, First Data and currently working in corporate procurement for Glaxo Smith and Kline on Capex and Engineering projects for their Lincoln, NE manufacturing and packing facility. Survived by his longtime companion, Anne (Kenealy) Sims of Bellevue and her children, Courtney, Lea and Tanner; daughter, Jen Vasicek of Council Bluffs; son, Josh (Andrea) Sortino of Blair, NE; grandchildren, Graicee, Parker, Ava And Samantha; sisters, Gwen (Douglas) Evans of Glenwood, IA, Janet (Renee Edwards) Hutson of Council Bluffs; nieces, nephews and many friends. FUNERAL SERVICE 1pm Friday, Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. A lunch will follow at The Lodge, 12009 So. 25th St. in Bellevue, NE.
