Robert J. Small, 76, of Logan, Iowa, died Thursday, May 13, 1999, at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha.

No services were held. His body was donated to science.

Robert J. Small was a former resident of Blair. He worked at Kelly Ryan in Blair until his retirement.

He also served in the Navy during World War II.

He is survived by his three daughters and son-in-law, Tammy and Scott Lucht of Blair, Sheryl Hoffman and Eleanor Dyer, both of Lincoln; his son, Les Small of Jeannette, Pa.; his brother, Walt Small of Sarasota, Fla; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Schumacher Funeral Home in Logan, Iowa, was in charge of arrangements.
