HERBERT HARRIS, 81
Herbert Harris, 81, of Omaha, died July 3, 2008.
Mr. Harris was a long time employee of the United States Postal Service; after retiring he became a dedicated volunteer for the Visiting Nurses Association.
He is survived by his children, Cynthia and Jeff Smith of Blair, Marcy Bottorff of Blair; Mark and Michele Harris, Cheri Harris and husband, Martin Ramm; siblings, Ed Harris, Leta Wardell, Phil Harris and wife, Helen; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Janet Harris.
