Funeral services were Monday, April 20, at the Catholic Church in Bonesteel, South Dakota for Joan Elizabeth Hausmann, 51, of Bonesteel, who died there April 16, 1981. She had been ill for several months.

Burial was in Bonesteel.

Joan Elizabeth Hausmann was born October 2, 1929. She married William Hausmann on June 22, 1950. She had lived in Bonesteel all her life.

She is survived by her husband, William, and two sons, Jeff Hausmann and Tim Hausmann, all of Bonesteel. Her mother, Mrs. Pete Neu, Fremont; two brothers, Harold Hanen, Fremont, and Sam Hanen, Missouri Valley, Iowa; and one sister, Carol Witthuhn, Arlington, also survive her.
