MOTHER OF BLAIR MAN WAS BURIED AT DECATUR, NEBR.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 21st, for Mrs. Lillie Hayes, of Decatur, Nebraska who had died in a Sioux City hospital on December 19th. Mrs. Hayes was the mother of Corwin Hayes, Blair electrical contractor.

Mrs. Hayes was born in Mills County, Iowa November 22, 1891 and had lived most of her life in the Decatur, Nebraska vicinity. She was 81 years old.

She is survived by her husband, Leo Hayes and by eight children.

There are four daughters and four sons. The daughters are Mrs. George Mead, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Mrs. Edith Svendson, of Lyons, Nebraska, Mrs. Bob Steneney, of Omaha and Mrs. Melvin Updike of Fremont.

The sons are Corwin Hayes, of Blair; Morris Hayes of Craig, and Glen and Harold Hayes of Decatur, Nebraska.
