GUY HELTMAN DIES IN OMAHA HOSPITAL

The news of the death of Guy S. Heltman, station agent for the Chicago and Northwestern railway here, reached Blair last Thursday afternoon.

Mr. Heltman had been ill for several weeks and was at the Paxton Memorial hospital in Omaha at the time of his death.

He first suffered a stroke and later complications set in. For a week he was weakened by a siege of hiccoughs. Later he contracted double pneumonia, which was the cause of his death.

Mr. Heltman has been station agent in Blair about sixteen years.

He was fifty-four years of age at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife of Omaha, his father, who lives at Superior, Neb. and one brother of Washington, D. C.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, April 4 from the Hoffman Undertaking parlors in Omaha and burial was made in West Lawn Cemetery there.

Among the friends in attendance at the funeral were the following from Blair, Albae Nelson, Chas. Koepcke, Fred Taylor, Chris Schmidt, P. S. Moore and Aubrey Thompson.
