Linda (Anderson) Schroeder, 69

Linda Sue (Anderson) Schroeder, age 69, of Lincoln, formerly of Blair, passed away August 13, 2016, at Holmes Lake Rehabilitation in Lincoln. A memorial mass will be held Tuesday August 16, 2016, at 4:00PM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Burial will be held at a later date in Harrison, Nebraska.

Linda was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on January 14, 1947, the daughter of Lyle and Myra Anderson. She grew up on a ranch in Harrison, Nebraska. Linda attended Dana College in Blair and spent the majority of her life raising her children there and working as a teacher and nurse. She was a member of the North American Martyrs Catholic Church in Lincoln, NE and she also helped with Sunday school there. She enjoyed planting flowers and spending time with her grandchildren. Linda will always be remembered for her kindness and loving ways.

She is survived by her children, Chris (Shannon) Schroeder of Lincoln, Heidi (Jeff) Sealey of Noblesville, Indiana; grandchildren, Abram, Aisley and August Schroeder and Myra and Iva Sealey.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchildren, Alec, Addyson and Ashlynn Schroeder; uncles, Calvin and Irvin Jorgensen, Clair Anderson; and aunt Iva Minner.
