SERVICES FOR LITTLE MONDAY

Funeral services for Esther Rita (Allen) Little were held Monday, August 20, at the Campbell Funeral Home. Dr. Gordon Patterson officiated, with music and vocals provided by Clare Cowing. Burial followed at the Kennard Cemetery.

Esther was born in Elmo, Missouri August 10, 1907. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Milo Little. She was the daughter of Hiram and Anna (Moss) Allen.

Mrs. Little, 77, was a resident of Parkview Manor in Blair. She died Thursday, August 16.

She leaves children, Mrs. Lyle (Dorothy) McClain of Kennard; Elvin Campbell of Hooper; William Campbell of Wynot; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Celia Haverson of Onawa, Iowa; Evelyn Calif of Sioux City, Iowa; Viola Selby of Tacoma, Washington; Jessie Allen of Sioux City; Vera Allen of El Entral, Washington; Laura Harding of Washington; and Amy Pierce of Onawa; and brothers, Arthur Allen of Iowa City; John Allen of Eugene, Oregon; Lloyd Allen of Kalso, Washington; Bud Allen of Onawa; and Everett Allen of Onawa as survivors.

She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter and three brothers.

Pallbearers were Joe Foster, Dwight Lamb, James McClain, Milo Campbell, Gilbert McClain and George Schmidt.
