County Pioneer Died May 25th

Mrs. Ada C. Kreiser, 75, died last Wednesday at her home, 1032 Sandusky Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas. Mrs. Kreiser was born in Blair, Nebraska, and had lived in Kansas City, Kansas, since 1902. She was active at one time in the W.C.T.U. and was an active member of Central Christian church. She was a member also of War Mothers.

Mrs. Kreiser is survived by her husband, John Kreiser, of the home; three sons, Lynn W. Fister, Northmoor, Missouri; Homer L. Fister, Nevis, Alberta, Canada and Fred F. Kreiser, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Nettie Hamilton, Downers Grove, Illinois; and four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Summers and Mrs. John Anderson, both of Erskine, Alberta, Canada; Mrs. Ethel Helma, Webster, S.D., and Mrs. Maude Compton, Blair, Nebraska.

Mrs. Kreiser was a daughter of the late Samuel and Amanda Warrick, pioneer settlers here and she, herself, was also a pioneer having been born here in 1863 before the territory became a state. The family resided in Cuming City township just north of the John Compton farm.
