Services were Saturday, March 30 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home for Una E. Lund, who died March 28, 1991 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair after a long illness. Rev. James McBride and Rev. John Beck officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Una E. Lund was born December 10, 1906 in Blair, the first daughter of N.T. and Marie Hansen Lund. She attended public school in Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1924.

She attended Dana College before going to work for her father's insurance agency. She then worked in Omaha several years before moving to San Francisco where she continued to work as a secretary.

She returned to Blair briefly in 1931 and then moved to Los Angeles where she continuted to work and live until she returned to Blair in April, 1989. Most of the more than 50 years she lived in Los Angeles, she was employed as executive secretary for the Associated General Contractors of Los Angeles. She retired in December, 1971.

She was a long time member of Hollywood Presbyterian Church. When she moved to Blair she again became a member of the congretation (First Lutheran Church) where she was baptized.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Ruth and Dorothy; and one brother, Russell.

She is survived by her brother, Ray Lund, Blair; sisters, Lona Lund, Blair and Norma (Mrs. Frank) Van Steenhoven of Parker, Colorado; three nephews, Mark Lund, Richard Lund and Tod Van Steenhoven; and one niece, Julie Christiansen.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
