Irma Stork, 96 years, of Arlington, NE died Sunday, August 28, 2016 at her home.

The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2016, at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM with the family receiving friends from 5 PM to 7 PM all at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Visitation on Friday at church 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery north of Arlington.

Irma B. Stork, 96

Irma B. Stork, 96 years, of rural Arlington, NE died Sunday, August 28, 2016, at her home. Irma was born November 7, 1919, in Evanston, Indiana to Lewis and Sophia (Whittman) Fuchs. She lived in Indiana until moving to Nebraska at the age of 9. She lived at Hooper, Winslow and Arlington, NE. Irma married Elmer W. Stork on September 1, 1940, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Arlington, NE. The couple farmed near Arlington. Elmer died October 6, 1983.

Irma was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. She loved her children and enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Sherry Stork of Arlington and daughter, Ginny Stork, of Gig Harbor, WA.

Irma was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Rudolph and Oswald Fuchs; and sisters, Ella Graulich, Dorothy Bloemker and Charlotte Stork.

Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, September 2, 2016, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. The Rev. Rick Kanoy and The Rev. Jason Duley will officiate. Visitation was on Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM with the family receiving friends from 5 PM to 7 PM, all at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Visitation on Friday at church 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, north of Arlington. Memorials may be given to The Lutheran Hour or to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
