Mrs. Bertha Henningsen, 86, of Garden Grove, California, passed away on November 1st in California where she has resided with her son Argo for the past 14 years. Funeral services were held in California.

On November 4th, a short prayer service was held at the Bendorf Funeral Home in Blair with Rev. Norman Discher officiating. Graveside services were also held at the Blair Cemetery.

Mrs. Henningsen’s husband Detluf preceded her in death. Survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Todd Guiney (Margaret) of Los Angeles, 2 sons, Argo of Garden Grove, California and Herbert of Sherman Oaks, California. Mrs. J. R. Long of Blair is a granddaughter and Wm. Henningsen of San Bernardino, California is a grandson. She also had four great-grandchildren.
