SERVICES TO BE WEDNESDAY FOR KYLE HERMAN

Services will be Wednesday, May 16, at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard for Kyle Jo Herman of Bennington who died Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Hospital in Omaha at the age of 25 from injuries sustained in an accident Sunday afternoon. Rev. Wayne Josephson will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. services. Burial will be in the Kennard Cemetery.

Kyle Jo Herman was born August 7, 1953, in Blair to Harry and Margaret Schumacher Andreasen. She married John Herman and was a homemaker. The couple had one child, Joseph Ryan.

She is survived by her husband, John Herman, and one son, Joseph Ryan Herman, both of Bennington. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Andreasen of Kennard; two brothers, Ronald Andreasen, of Blair and Steven Andreasen of Kennard; and two sisters, Karen Short of Glendale, Arizona, and Linda Yeager of Fremont also survive her.

Organist for the services will be Norma Sue Klotz. Dave Carlsen will be the vocalist.

Arrangements for the services are under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

SERVICES WERE HELD FOR KYLE JO HERMAN

Funeral services for Kyle Jo Herman were held at 10:30 a.m. May 16, at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard with Pastor Wayne Josephson officiating. Burial taking place in the Kennard Cemetery. Kyle died of injuries suffered in a car-pickup accident on May 13. Pallbearers were Rick Andreasen, Dennis Schumacher, Nick Hoier, Dennis Redel, Ken Grahjm and Edward Heafy.

Kyle Jo was born August 7, 1953 in Blair to Harry and Margaret Andreasen and passed away May 13 at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

She was baptized and confirmed at Emmaus Lutheran Church. Attended March School and graduated with the 1971 from Arlington High School. She was an employee of Guarantee Mutual Insurance Company of Omaha, having been with that company for the past 8 years.

On May 26th, 1973 she was united in marriage to John Herman, living in Council Bluffs for several years before moving to Bennington. They became the parents of 1 son, Joseph Ryan.

Kyle Jo is survived by her husband, John, one son Joseph, parents, Harry and Margaret Andreasen, 2 sisters, Karen Short of Glendale, Arizona and Linda Yeager of Fremont, 2 brothers Ronald Andreasen of Blair and Steven Andreasen of Kennard. Grandmother, Della Andreasen.

Kyle was preceded in death by one sister Roxanne who died of polio in 1952 and one brother Stanley, who died of leukemia in 1977.
