Lund, age 72, who died January 14, 1990 at Clarkson Hospital will be 2 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 1990 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel with burial in the Blair cemetery. Rev. Otto Zwanziger will officiate.

Russell P. Lund was born December 14, 1917 to Nicholas and Marie Hansen Lund. He married Marcelyn Rexroth on November 25, 1949 in Blair.

He was a World War II veteran. He attended Dana College and the University of Nebraska in Lincoln receiving his degree in pharmacy. He worked in Superior and Fremont, Nebraska and worked at Norgaard's Pharmacy in Harlan, Iowa for 31 years.

He is survived by his wife, Marcelyn; two sons, Mark and children, Michelle, Lisa, Sarina and Brenda of Ames, Iowa and Richard and daughter-in-law, Cynthia, and children Cassandra and Shaina, of Tucson, Arizona; and by one daugher and son-in-law, Julie and Richard Christensen and children Aaron and Jason of Penacook New Hampshire. He is also survived by one brother, Ray Lund of Blair; and by three sisters; Una Lund of Blair, Lona Lund of Blair, and Norma (Mrs. Frank) Van Steenhoven of Parker, Colorado. Several nephews also survive him.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
