Funeral services were Wednesday, March 8, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church north of Arlington for Phyllis Ann Heybrock, 59, who died Sunday, March 5, 1989 at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County in Fremont. Rev. Dennis Maaske officiated. Burial was in the St. Paul Cemetery.

Phyllis Ann Heybrock was born January 10, 1930 at Arlington. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1947 and lived all her life in the Arlington area.

She married Fred H. Heybrock on June 1, 1952 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church near Arlington.

She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, St. Paul’s Lutheran Women’s Missionary League and the Town and Country Extension Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Anna Smith Giesselman; and her step-father, J. Edward Giesselman.

She is survived by her husband, Fred; two sons, Hal of Arlington and Paul of Norfolk; a daughter, Ann Heybrock of Kansas City, Missouri; and a brother, Boyd Giesselman of Arlington. Six grandchildren also survive her.

Pallbearers were Gary Grefe, Mick Grefe, Rod Grefe, Rick Kruse, Ron Peters and Stan Misfeldt.

Helen Hilgenkamp was organist.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home handled arrangements for the services.

Funeral services for Phyllis A. Heybrock, 59, of Rt. 1, Arlington, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Mrs. Heybrock died of pancreatitis Sunday, March 5, 1959, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County. She was a homemaker.

Phyllis Giesselman was born Jan. 10, 1930, in Arlington. She was a lifetime resident. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1947.

She married Fred H. Heybrock June 1, 1952, in Arlington. He survives.

Mrs. Heybrock was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, St. Paul’s Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, and the Town and Country Extension Club.

Other survivors include two sons, Hal of Arlington and Paul of Norfolk; a daughter, Ann Heybrock of Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Boyd Giesselman of Arlington; and six grandchildren.

The Rev. Dennis Maaske will officiate Wednesday’s services. Visitation is in progress at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Burial will be in the St. Paul Cemetery north of Arlington.

A memorial has been established to the church.
