JOHN EDWARD LOEWE, 57 (picture) (veteran)

A celebration of life gathering for John Edward Loewe, age 57, of Blair will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. John passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2015.

John Edward Loewe was born on May 25, 1958 in Dorchester, Massachusetts. John married his high school sweetheart Karen Loewe on August 23, 1976. he left shortly after the wedding to serve his country in the United States Army. After 6 years of service he left the military and held seveal jobs throughout his lifetime, working in the nuclear industry; food processing for Cargill; and then several customer support roles. John's love for his wife, children, and grandsons was extraordinary and always his first priority in life. His love and sense of humor will always be remembered by everyone he had the pleasure of meeting.

John is survived by his wife Karen Loewe of Blair; son and wife John Jr and Stephanie of LaVista, NE; daughter Amanda Bendickson of Aurora, CO; grandsons Trey Loewe and jayden Whitney; parents, Ann and Billy Loewe; brother Michael Loewe and wife Karen of Gravette, AR; sisters Statia Soboleski and Michaelle Hefton; nices Courtney and Emily and nephew Tanner Loewe and many other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in deabh by his father John Soboleski and stepmother Phyllis Soboleski; and brothers Thomas Loewe and EJ Soboleski.
