Helen M. Perchal, 91, born Dec. 11, 1918, died March 29, 2010.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 5, at St. Patrick Catholic Church of Elkhorn. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., with a vigil service at 7 p.m., this Sunday, April 4, at Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler West Center Chapel.

Mrs. Perchal is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Adolph Jr. and Claudia, Jim and Sharron, Frank and Georgia, Fred and Cindi, Robert and Janet, Dan and Paula, Rick and Cheryl; daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine and Malvin Witt, Janet Lee and James Hawkins, Darlene and David Smith, Therese and Marty Lenhart; 33 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph J. Perchal Sr.
