R.G. LUND CALLED TO REST

After a brief illness resulting in pneumonia, R. George Lund died at his home at Mohall, North Dakota, April 13, leaving a widow and two little daughters, besides his parents, Mr. And Mrs. James Lund, and other relatives residing in Blair.

The subject of this sketch was 38 years old, was reared in this city and educated in the public schools here and when his school work was finished, he entered the drug store of Palmer & Taylor, where he learned the business and afterwards took a course in pharmacy. At the time of his death, he owned and conducted a drug store at Mohall, N.D., and was pleasantly situated.

As a boy and young man, he was much liked and some of his teachers, who still reside in Blair, recall with satisfaction, that he was an especially brilliant pupil and they, with many others, feel a personal loss in his demise.

The remains were shipped to Blair on Monday and the funeral was held at the home of his parents, who live west of the North school, at 3 o'clock, Tuesday, Rev. Lang, of the Danish-Lutheran church officiating and all that was earthly of this young man was laid to rest in the city of the dead, near his boyhood home.
