Rev. Darling Dead, Age 51
Husband of the Former Frances Roberts Buried at Fort Calhoun
The Rev. Herrick Darling, 51, of Raton, N.M., husband of the former Frances Roberts of Fort Calhoun, died unexpectedly Saturday in a Denver hospital. He was believed recovering from a recent attack of pneumonia when death came.
The body was brought to Fort Calhoun. Services were held at the Sievers Funeral Home there Monday afternoon, and burial followed in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.
The Rev. Mr. Darling is survived by his wife, Frances; one son, David; his mother, who lives in Wilmington, Del.; and a brother, whose home is in New York.
