Anna Soll Smith Died At Good Shepherd Thursday

Mrs. Anna Soll Smith, widow of the late Zenos Smith, of Blair, died Thursday at the Good Shepherd Hom. Mrs. Smith was 82 years of age.

She was born at Bennington March 7, 1891, and spent all of her life in the Blair and Bennington area.

She was married to Zenos Smith at Blair in 1910. She was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church; she was a Past President of the Blair chapter of the American War Mothers and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.

Mrs. Smith is survived by a son, Vinson, of Seattle, Washington, and by two daughters. The daughers are Mrs. Kenneth Jensen(Alcyne) of Sioux City, Iowa and Mrs. Burt William(s? the paper is torn)(Gwenavere) of DuQuoin, Illinois.

There are six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are being held this morning (Monday) at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church with Father Robert Bee conducting the service. Burial is being made in the Blair cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary. Pallbearers are Gordon Vinton, Ralph Mencke, Darwin Soll, Ted Stewart, Harry beck and William Wilson.
